Each phone case is printed especially for your order. For this reason, we're unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect phone model selections, or reasons unrelated to a product defect.

If your case arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear unboxing video. Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we'll happily arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Cancellations & Order Modifications⌄
Requests to cancel or modify an order must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase and before production begins.
Once production starts, cancellation and modification requests cannot be accommodated.

How long does delivery take?
Estimated total delivery time is 8–12 business days, including production and shipping. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date; location, courier operations and holidays can affect delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
To change or cancel your order, email thewhimsylabofficial@gmail.com with your order number within 2 hours of purchase and before production begins. Once production has started, we cannot accommodate cancellation or modification requests.
